• No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations or changes made by 18:00 the day before.
• We do not allow guests who are not renting the property (accompanied persons, photographers, infants) to enter the store.
• Payment on the day is cash only.
• Pregnant customers are not allowed to wear the kimono.
