1：Reserve the Kimono You Want to Wear

Tekuteku Kyoto has started offering a limited-time kimono reservation service!

We can also accommodate requests like “I want to wear the kimono I saw on Instagram!”♪

The reservation service is available for all kimonos.

You can reserve not only the classic antique kimonos but also popular lace kimonos, summer kimonos, yukatas, and more.✨

Perfect for the upcoming season are the “Summer Kimono Plan” and the “Yukata Plan”!

The Summer Kimono Plan has a more formal vibe than a yukata. The light and delicate kimono exudes an elegant coolness✨

How to Reserve a Kimono

1：Save a photo of the kimono you want.

Please save a photo of the kimono you wish to reserve.

A screenshot of a social media post is also fine♪

2：Contact the store.

Please contact us via DM on Tekuteku Kyoto’s Instagram or through the contact page on our website.

If the photo shows multiple kimonos, it would be helpful if you could specify which one, such as “the kimono on the right side of this photo,” for a smoother process!

3：Make a reservation for your visit date and time.

Please make a reservation for your visit date and time through the “Reservation” page on our website.

Please note that when contacting us for kimono reservation, the rental date and time are not yet confirmed!

4：Your visit to the store.

After arriving at the store, please inform the staff that you have reserved a kimono.

We will have the reserved kimono ready for you♪

Please note.

・Due to maintenance or other circumstances, there may be times when it is difficult to reserve the kimono.

・Since each kimono comes in different sizes, we will need some time to confirm the details.

・If you change to a different kimono after arriving at the store, a reservation fee of 1,000 yen will still be charged.

Since the start time for getting ready is set, scheduling becomes much easier and more efficient✨

By the way, the time from your arrival to heading out, including hair styling, is approximately 90 minutes.

How to Make a Reservation

Reservations are only accepted through our website.

1：Please check the guidelines and select the store.

Please review the guidelines and check the box to confirm.

After checking, please select your preferred store.

2：Select your reservation date.

You will be directed to the reservation calendar page for the selected store.

Please select your desired reservation date and time.

△ indicates that there are only a few slots left for reservations, × means the slot is fully booked and unavailable, and － indicates that the reservation is either closed or hasn’t started yet.

3：Enter the required information.

If there are not enough available slots, please make a reservation for a different time.

If you’re making a reservation for two or more people, it’s also possible to reserve different time slots for each person (e.g., one person at 10:30 and another at 11:00).

If you have already decided on your preferred plan, please indicate it in the survey section.
(If you have reserved a kimono, entering “Kimono reserved” will help ensure a smooth process on the day of your visit!)

Same-day reservations are accepted by phone.

Important Points to Note When Making a Reservation

1：Reservation changes must be made by 6:00 PM the day before.

“I made a reservation, but I want to change it to a different day…”
“I just want to move the time a bit later…”

In such cases, please make sure to update your reservation♪

Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged for any changes made after 6:00 PM the day before!
(*Cancellation fee = 2,000 yen per person)

Changing Your Reservation Date	Cancel and rebook by using the URL provided in your reservation confirmation email.	If it’s less than 24 hours before your reservation, please call the store directly.
Changing the Reservation Time or Number of People	Contact the store.	Depending on the store’s availability, changes may not be possible.

2：Please make a reservation for the total number of people attending.

Please make a reservation for the total number of people when booking.

Please note that changes to the number of people on the day of your visit may not be accepted.

There is no waiting area available for those who are not renting a kimono.

3：About Kimono Reservations and Booking Your Date and Time

Reserving a kimono and booking your rental date and time are separate procedures that must be completed individually.

You can visit without a reservation, but customers with reservations are given priority.

Depending on the reservation status, we may not be able to accommodate customers without a reservation.

2：Can I make a same-day reservation?

Same-day reservations are accepted.

For same-day reservations, please call the store directly.
