If you’re looking for retro and antique kimonos, why don’t you visit Tekuteku Kyoto, where you’ll find elegant and authentic kimonos!

One-of-a-kind kimonos are available for renting and your renting price starts from 4,400 yen (tax included)!


We offer a selection of approximately 450 kimonos at the Shijo Karasuma store and about 800 at the Kiyomizu store, including stylish and mature designs as well as cute patterns.

Most of our kimonos are made of 100% silk (pure silk), allowing you to experience the authentic luxury of traditional kimono. *Summer kimonos are available during the summer season.

The obi in Ribbon belt plan is a “half-width obi.”

The obi in this plan employs a ‟hanhaba obi”, which is less tight around the stomach for a more comfortable fit! ♪
The back view is also popular for its lovely bow look.


Optional pack – perfect for those who want to stand out from the “usuals”

For an additional ¥1,540, you can add the 「My Coordinate Pack」, which includes lace innerwear, decorative cords, and lace for the obi.

If you don’t want all of them, you can also rent them individually!

Each store has photo spots that are perfect for capturing your kimono look, and they are extremely popular with our customers!Once you’re dressed, be sure to take some photos before your stroll!


Shijo Karasuma Store
Our store retains the charming atmosphere of a traditional Kyoto machiya. You can take beautiful photos in front of the noren at the entrance.



Kiyomizu Store
A popular photo booth for couples, perfect for stunning shots!Taking photos in front of the sculpture gives a different vibe from your usual shots! The dried flowers add a touch of style.

①Shijo Karasuma Store


This store is highly accessible from Kyoto Station and the Hankyu Railway. It’s perfect for those who want to explore trendy cafes around the Karasuma area, as well as visit popular tourist spots like Nishiki Market, Arashiyama, Kawaramachi, and Kiyomizudera Temple using the train.
As long as you return by 8:30 PM, you can enjoy your time all the way through dinner!
