information Choose a store according to the sightseeing spots you want to visit: ❣️ Kiyomizu Temple🌸Arashiyama ②Access from Karasuma Store

Hello 😊This is S, who has been working for the company for 2 years and in charge of this blog❣️

So today, I’d like to show you the distance from Tekuteku Kyoto Karasuma branch to Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Arashiyama💡💞

First, let’s review the location 👇

I’ll also introduce you to my favorite spots around Karasuma branch at the end of this blog❣

🔵From Karasuma Store to Kiyomizu dera -temple

From the Karasuma store, it takes about 30 minutes by bus💡

First, you walk out of the store and turn right then you’ll see the big street called Karasuma st.

There is Shijo station on the corner❣Karasuma store is quite close to the station❣

Turn right again on the corner and walk up along the big street 💡There are several bus stops at the big intersection 🚍

From the “F” stop, you take the city bus “207”to “Kiyomizu-michi”: the closest bus stop to the temple🌸
There’s “Tekuteku-Kiyomizu branch “ right in front of the bus stop. You go up on the street and can get to the temple.

It takes longer than going from the Kiyomizu branch to the temple, but you can get there in 30 minutes, which is not that far right!

🔵 From Karasuma Store to Arashiyama

It takes about 40 minutes by bus and train❣️

First, go to beforementioned“Shijo station”. This station is connected to the Hankyu “Karasuma station”💡

Then, take the Hankyu Kyoto Line to “Saiin” (takes about 4 minutes)

And, transfer to the Randen train to
“Arashiyama”(takes about 21 minutes)

If you could transfer well, you can get there in less than 40 minutes💞

It is so beautiful during the cherry blossom season🌸

Before heading to Arashiyama, I highly recommend food crawling in the Sanjo shopping street from the Karasuma branch 😋 Sanjo shopping street is a long shopping street, so that you can enjoy sweets, meat cutlets, instagramable cafes, and more 🍰🍴 After that, you can take a walk around Nijo Castle and then head to Arashiyama at the end of the tour 💕

Best of all, the Karasuma store closes at 8:30 PM so you can visit various places in Kyoto❣️

These are the best features of Karasuma branch ☺💞
1️⃣Many means of transportation nearby
2️⃣Return time: 8:30 PM

ーーーーーーーーーーー

My go-to spots within walking distance of the Karasuma branch are
Nishiki Market and Ponto-cho💡Also, Bukko-ji temple near the store is a hidden gem💎

If it’s cherry blossom season, I personally recommend going to Hirano Shrine🌸

It has such a breathtaking view with cherry blossoms all over the place 😊

You can also stroll around the famous Kitano Tenmangu Shrine , which located 30 minutes away from the store by bus👌🍡

Did you get the location of the two stores❓🚍 I hope this can be of help to you. Please try to choose the store that best fits your sightseeing schedule☺🌸

See you soon 🐰
